I can’t say enough amazing things about this company and their employees! Our condenser was old and I knew we were going to need a new one. My air handler was replaced within the last 5 years and working fine. However, other companies told me, they couldn’t replace one without doing both. But not EscaRosa! They gave me my options and discussed everything with me to allow me to make an informed decision. They weren’t afraid of doing a lot of extra work in labor in order to provide me what I was needing. They were more concerned with helping me save money than the profit they would get. And they deserve the profit & this trade is a rough one! Frankie, David, & a young lady (I feel awful, I forgot her name) were punctual, reliable, respectful, knowledgeable. Just hearing the pride they took in their work & trying to be courteous walking in and out of our home. This was seriously some of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever received from any company. I will never call anyone else if I have ac issues and if you want quality work from reputable people, this will be your new ac company as well. Highly recommended!
